Execution system
ARTMES' houses are built with wooden structure, OSB closures and mineral wool; exterior finishes are based on wood (panel) or plasterworks on polystyrene and interior finishes of gypsum-board or wooden panels. We are members of APROCOR (Association of Romanian Manufacturers of houses with high execution speed), with a high-performance and exigent standard.
Houses may be with ground floor only or with ground floor and one or two floors, family or holiday houses, in residential neighborhoods or remote locations.
Due to the panel system of its components, as they leave the workshop, these are assembled easily and fast and are not affected by season or weather condition.

Construction system
The structure is made of elastic elements, 45 mm thick and 90 - 220 mm wide floor boards. Fixing using nails with chemical grip and spatial joining is doubled with metal parts SIMPSON class. Execution is made according to APROCOR standard and EUROCODE 5 norms in force in European Union.
Interior walls are made with a 90 or 100 mm thick structure of gypsum-board or wooden panels on the two sides and one 50 mm layer of mineral wool on the interior for sound insulation.
Floors are made of 45x200~220 mm boards spaced 40 cm apart and interlinked with spatial reinforcement elements, sound insulation is ensured by a 100 mm thick mineral wool layer.
Roof framing is made of 45x220~240 mm boards, with roof timbers/brace joints or frame girders at large openings. For the spatial arrangement of the house, wooden and metal reinforcement parts are mounted and the support layer of the covering is made of OSB boards or wooden boards.
The structure is designed in APROCOR's specialized workshops, both for component execution and resistance calculations are used specialized high-performance software and technical personnel experienced in this type of works.
Component execution
Workshop execution is made on special benches ensuring the components are fastened according to the design, before nails are pneumatically applied - a must for obtaining APROCOR LICENSE, the safest visit card to obtain performance and comply with the requirements of the European Union.
The OSB covering for the panels is made using clasps pneumatically applied, and the mineral wool is protected with polyethylene special foils.
Workshop flow is designed in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality management and the APROCOR requirement grid.

On-site mounting
In general, a team of four workers is enough to assemble a house and the execution time for a 150-180 sq.m. house does not exceed 15 working on-site days.
Prices
We think every house is unique, so we do not offer prices "per square meter", but only based on a thorough analysis and according to the prices on the purchase day of the embedded materials. We process the plans proposed by the customers or offer APROCOR standard models, making all the changes you want.
As far as we are concerned, for 1-2 houses we prioritize "the minimum package" manufactured in our workshops: all that means wood, OSB and mineral wool, therefore execution of a « bare brickwork ». We will certainly found a way to cooperate with out customers to offer a more complete package of services, possibly "turn-key" - coopering with local companies of finishing and installations. For highly repeatable works (at least 5 houses on the same location and at once) we may also take over the capacity of general contractor and come with all teams specialized needed to complete the house.
